4. Noise and Zoning Proximity

The Verdict: Don’t Just Fight, Negotiate with Teeth
Blindly supporting a data center means giving away a town’s natural resources and land in exchange for a temporary construction pop and a permanent skeleton crew.

If the tech giant refuses to play by those rules, they will pack up and find somewhere else to build.
