Why I’m Moving to Paid Consultations & Quotes
At Let’s Talk Graphics, when I am asked to create something, or fix something that is broken, I give more than just a price estimate for the work. I generally provide a strategic Plan of Action: A plan of action outlines the technical steps, security considerations, and design goals necessary to make the project a success.
Developing a Plan of Action takes time, research, and technical expertise. To ensure I can continue providing this level of detailed planning for every serious inquiry, I am transitioning to a paid quote model.
How It Works
- The Planning Fee: There is now a professional fee for project consultations and quotes (priced $45-$90). This covers the time spent auditing your needs and building your custom Plan of Action. The fee is due prior to the delivery of the Plan of Action and can be paid online.
- 100% Credit: If you choose to move forward with the project, the full cost of the quote will be credited toward your final invoice.
How long is a quote good for?

| 14 Days | High-Urgency / Small Projects | As a solo entrepreneur, I personally handle every project. If you wait 3 weeks to sign, I may already be booked out. Prompt action helps keep my schedule (and your delivery date) predictable. |
| 30 Days | Standard Custom Builds | With some exceptions, this is usually a safe amount of time for a new website or additional feature quote. It gives you enough time to review the plan without the risk of technical assumptions (like a specific plugin version or API pricing) becoming obsolete. |
| 24-48 Hours | Security/Emergency Work | Active exploit? Site already down? The ground truth of the problem can change from hour to hour. Because a victim’s circumstances and exposure can shift in minutes, emergency quotes are valid for 24–48 hours. |
